EPS Water Sense Program
Launched in 2006, WaterSense is an EPA-sponsored partnership program that seeks to protect the future of our nation's water supply by promoting water efficiency and enhancing the market for water-efficient products, programs, and practices. New Federal law set forth by EPA takes effect April 22, 2010
You will NOT be able to work in pre-1978 homes after April 22, 2010 without lead paint certification! This law impacts any profession involved in the remodel, renovation and repair business and carries stiff fines for noncompliance.
